A new way to read the Christian Bible

In the United States of America, Christian Nationalism is now the dominant political ideology, controlling all three branches of the federal government, and imposing radical transformation in people’s lives whether they are Christian or not.

At the same time, increasing numbers of Americans (currently about 40%) are non-Christians. Given this demographic shift, and the effort by Christian Nationalists to reverse it, it is especially important for Americans to understand Christian ideology and what its actual priorities are behind the deceitful platitudes we too often hear.

The Demonic Bible provides a critical perspective on the Christian Bible that can mark the path to a more mature faith for intelligent Christians or support the deconstruction of Christians who are ready to go their own way.

At long last, here’s a Bible that dares to ask all the questions that are held silently in the minds of anyone who has read the text with a truly open mind.

Easy to read conversational style with visual character

Most versions of the Bible are unpleasant to read, with archaic language and page after page of nothing but text. The Demonic Bible contains the text of the Bible, but breaks it up with conversation between the questioning demon Rogatio and the conventional angel Fides, presented in a simple cartoon visual format that flows effortlessly even as it probes deep philosophical issues that most churches avoid.

In the beginning…

Where did the name God come from demon

The Bible is a very long book. Adding a conversation about the Bible that interrupts the text every few paragraphs makes it even longer. That’s why The Demonic Bible is being released in many parts. The first part is the Book of Genesis.

More parts of The Demonic Bible are on the way. The next release is expected in the summer of 2025: the Book of Revelation. Stay tuned!
